German web3 recreation developer Gunzilla has introduced a partnership with NFT market OpenSea.
Virtually, this can allow gamers of Gunzilla’s forthcoming shooter Off The Grid to commerce in-game objects on the NFT platform utilizing the sport’s personal GUN token for cost, as OpenSea is integrating the corporate’s Avalanche-based GUNZ blockchain.
As such, it is going to be the ninth blockchain to be natively supported by OpenSea.
“The combination of GUNZ into OpenSea will present a compliant and clear NFT market for buying and selling in-game objects,” Gunzilla Video games mentioned in an announcement.
“Gamers and OpenSea customers alike will be capable to commerce in-game NFT objects for any recreation constructed on the GUNZ blockchain and make the most of the GUN token because the unique methodology of cost.”
Off The Grid is deliberate to launch on Xbox, PlayStation and PC later in 2024, probably making it the primary blockchain-enabled recreation to go dwell for consoles.
As for Gunzilla, it not too long ago introduced it had raised $30 million of further funding because it prepares for Off The Grid’s launch.
